Broken Wavebox

Roger,

I noticed that the Wavebox wasn't making it's normal "whooshing" sound so I took it apart and found that the driveshaft is spinning freely on the roter. Using the directions, I've taken the assembly apart but can't see anything broken or whats wrong. I've also compared the assembly to the one on my spare 6200 and don't see why it's spinning freely. The drive shaft on the 6200 can spin only about 170 degrees on the rotor.

Any ideas? Also, can I put the assembly from the 6200 into the unit from the Wavebox until I can get the broken one figured out?

Thanks,

Art

Yes, you can swap them, and I know what is wrong. PM me an address and I will send the part. If you look at your magnetic rotor it will have the little knubs on the white part that the shaft engages on rubbed off, this is where the brakes stop and engage the shaft.
