Hi,
I'm the happy owner of a Wavemaker device, but it recently simply stopped working without prior warning.
After disassembling the pump I found the rotor assembly had broken up into 2 pieces, but after I got it fixed, the device still did not work.
So I took a closer look at the pump driver, to discover that a resistor had been fried.
So I emailed Tunze in Europe (I am in EU), to ask if this was normal, and if I could please get the spec on the component to be replaced. Unfortunately, after 3 weeks and a reminder, still no reply - not even the simplest acknowledgement that my query was received.
Could anybody help me out here?
Thanks
Frederik
