Brooklynellosis

They gave you some good advice in that thread. Brooklynella shows up as a skin infection, not stringy poop. Stringy poop is indeed a sign of internal infection or even the after effects of prolonged starvation from poor handling and shipping from the point of capture till it gets to the aquarist in this country. Since you've got some tank raised clowns comming, I'd set them up a nice quarantine tank and keep them in that for about a month or so.
