Brown marks on a Bariene Tang

Got a beautiful Bariene tang, about 6", eating great, very active, but brown marks on its body.
Shipping box, was damaged, wet bottom, torn open, etc. Arrived with some inverts, turbos, and anenome, those were dead, in brown opague water. As mentioned, eating very well, from 24 hours after arrival, mysis, spirulina, nori, etc. Very active. I have a piece of tonga rock in my QT, water perfect, was going under it alot, was also rubbing against the bottom of the tank, right after arrival too. The qt was clean, but now imaculate bottom, as though someone wiped it down with a sponge, from the tang rubbing?
Any help would be appreciated, dose with cupermine, second dose was last night, tuesday, arrived 4.5 days ago, last Saturday am.

HELLLPPPPPP!

I wouldn't worry about the spots themselves, but I'd look closely for parasites. Ive had tangs with spots like that, and they healed on their own. My guess is they are bruises or whatever from rubbing.

Thanks, I dosed the tank already with cuprumine, as mentioned, because of the rubbing, copper reading is about .25, did not want to go higher yet, due to the stress from shipping, etc. Would you suggest a higher amount of copper, or should that do it, as far as parasites goes. Dosed with Melafix, figured it will help with the healing. Any other suggestions?
