Brown Spots on Ocellaris

Any ideas what these brown spots that resemble freckles are? They showed up a couple of weeks ago and I've been keeping a very close eye on her... No change in behavior and she still eats like a pig... So I don't think it's any form of ich. She's the only fish in the tank with these spots, so I'm stumped. Water parameters are checked every other day and are optimal and stable. I've done plenty of research online, which of course is leading me to fear and/or believe the worse ... or some sort of off the wall mutant genetic disorder, so I figured I'd just post a picture and see what you guys think. Any input is as always very much appreciated!!

No responses is leading me to believe it's a mutant genetic disorder and Jojo is going to turn into a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. Lol

I have two orange blood clowns and same happened to mine too.
I just think it is age and all (maturity) is my guess. No change in behavior. They still eat like pigs too.
