I got a Brown-Spotted Snake Moray from a friend of mine. He thought it was a Golden Dwarf, but it turns out to be something totally different. They are very similar in color/shape/size, but no back dorsal for the Snake Moray. It only grows to 12 inches, right now it's about 8. It does fall into that dwarf category, and they are very hard to come by. This is actually the first one I've seen in the flesh so to speak. If anyone is interested, let me know. Looking to get $75 for it. The scientific name is Uropterygius fuscoguttatus. They are not sold in stores as far as I can see, unless accidentally marked as a golden dwarf.

Like most Moray's, with caution. Since it is a dwarf, most of your livestock would be safe. Smaller inverts/fish on the other hand, might not be. As long as it's fed 3-4 times a week, you'd be fine.

It is a dwarf eel, and would do fine in a 10-20 gallon small display for it. Just needs sand and rocks. $75 is pretty inexpensive when dealing with a dwarf moray. They are pretty rare to obtain, and run the $175-250 range.
