Brown stringy slimy with bubbles

There some crap that just came out of knowwhere on my sand bed its brown stringy and has bubbles on it , is this dinos, or cyano? And how to get rid of it and what causes it?

If it's dynos then you'll have to keep your PH very high along with the following.Many hobbyist will drip kalkwasser to get that PH up.But this must be done slowly.
It it's cyano you'll need to reduce organics.So you'll have to cut back on feeding so much.If you skim you should set the skimmer to get a wet skimmate.You'll also want to look into more flow if possible.Some claim reduced lighting also helps.

Can you get some pics up in order for a better ID. True it is probably cyno or dinos, but the treatments are at the opposite ends of the spectrum
