Link- Have you checked your phosphate levels? I would buy a test kit. Do you use tap water or Ro/DI water? Your phosphate levels are probably up there and with you just adding the new, higher wattage lights, are fueling your cyno..Increase your flow 75g x 20=1500g of flow. Most people are inbetween 30-60 x's. Increasing your flow doesnt allow the algae to take a foothold on the sand. Run a phosban reactor to help reduce the phosphates. I would also look into the sand that you purchased and make sure its for reef setups. Some can leach phosphate and silicates into the water system. Good luck!
