need some help here with FM

i have just converted from Zeovit to FM , my tank volume is 262l. this is my 4th day and the no3 have been escalating since. i have been dosing :Blend - 12ml
Theraphy - 8ml for the 3 days , based on the guide i will have to rest after 1st 3 days of dosing.

here is my current dosage

Ultra organics -1 ml weekly
Reef vitality -1/4 pill every 4 days
Coral balance -1 spoon every 4 days
Min S - 0.1ml every 2 days
