BRS Dosing Pump Problem

So 3 weeks ago I noticed some peeling on some of my sps corals. I typically test cal and alk once per week. My dosers have been set up about 7 months now. When I tested alk, it was 9.3 when my normal level is set to 7.7. 7.7 have been my alk level for over 3 years now. So I unplugged the pump and reset everything. Monitored my consumption rate for 48 hrs then reset the pumps to besure my consumption rate was correct. I then tested every day for about 2 -3 weeks to dial it in and make sure their were no fluctuations. I left the alk rate at 8.3 this time to prevent another drop during set up. Everything was fine. Out of now where last night alk droped from 8.3 to 7.5. Im am really frustrated at this point. Timers are set correctly and the pump turns on. I think it just either slows down on its own or speeds up. I have rechecked dosing amount through checking ml per minute and it checks out.
Am I missing something? I am about the start hand dosing again.

I have been watching this thing like a hawk every 3 hrs when it turns on. Their is a spot on the wheel where it does not dose any alk. The wheel turns but no fluid for 10 seconds.
Does that mean new tubing? Thanks

I dose 8 times a day currently. Most of the time lately, I feel like im chasing numbers.
Should you test before a dose or after to ensure the correct value?

Let it run into a cup for 10 minutes and measure how much is actually coming out. That will let you know far off it is from the 1.1 per minute.
