In general terms, I would say moderate probably at least 30x tank volume turnover.
I have about 40x turnover in my 20 gallon w/ two btas. One I have had for over a year and the other I have had for a month. They are doing great. The oldest is positioned so that half of the body is in direct water flow about 3 inches from an Aquaclear 20 (~125 gph).
Moderate, but you will find that the anemones will find the flow they like best by moving toward or away from the flow. I have 3 RBTAs and they are all different as to what flow they prefer. I had a single Koralia 4 in a 4 X 4 tub and that was too much flow in conjuction with the sump return. It was about 15X but since it was a tub without anything but an anemone in there it was really strong flow. I now have Koralia 2 and those are working great. If the flow is too strong the anemone will keep its tenacles really short.
