BTA getting bleached, not moving towards light

I just noticed that my new anemone is looking a little bleached. I light acclimated this one for about a week, and it's been another since it's had full lighting. It's looked healthy until today when I looked closer and noticed it's looking bleached. I'm not sure if I've been completely oblivious for the past couple of days or if it just now became noticeable.

It's on the very bottom of the tank and logically should move if it needs more light, right? It hasn't moved since I've gotten it. I have a Zoo Med Oceansun 10,000K florescent bulb right now. Is that not enough for it? Can it just tell that moving closer to the light isn't going to do any good? Can I attempt to move it? Or get a brighter light? Would it just hide from a brighter light?

Thanks.

I'm not familiar with the light but btas are not the most light hungry anemones. They can usually adjust to many different light conditions. I used some eBay cheap led bulbs they seemed doing just fine. Yes it will usually move towards the light if it needs more light but bleaching can be also caused by adjusting to new environment (and many other reasons too).

How long has it been in your tank? How old is your tank and what's your setup (tank size, animals, water parameters, etc.)?

I wouldn't move it. It might just need more time to adjust to your system.

I bought a bta 2 or 3 weeks ago it never has moved it's under 4 t5 bulbs 3 actinic 1 full spectrum no problems yet it eat pellets when ever it can get ahold of them

He's since moved and looks a little healthier, I think. Here's a picture of him closed up (which isn't often. He's doing much better than my other anemones in that way). It shows off the brown color of the foot more, which is what really matters (right?). http://imgur.com/zRgYFVl

Oh, and since my other post, I've put in a powerhead.
