Bta help please

I got a gbta about 3 days ago. It looks great and is acting fine other than with in a few hours of putting it in the tank it worked it's way in between my LR. Now the store I got it from had next to no light on there tanks. Could my lighting shocked it enough to want to hide in a darker area? I have 230 total watt t5s over a 45g tank. All my parems are good about 5ppm nitrates everything else is perfect. Other question is there any way to get him to come back out with tearing the reef apart? Thank you!

There are a few recent threads about lighting and a new anemone but if you can't get it out. I'd tell you not to worry too much. Give it some time and it will make its way back out again.

nems should be aclimated to the new light. now that the nem is already added to the tank and attached itself to a rock i'd just let it do its thing and it'll come back out when its ready.
