One of the things that I've learned about BTAs is that if you have sufficient lighting and you water parameters are good then it's best to be patient and let the anemone adjust to it's environment. They will go from being big and puffy to deflated and shriveled and back to big in the matter of hours. It is their way of adjusting.
Thanks for the responses yeah two hours after I noticed it spewing and catching all of it with a net he went back to bubble tipped and normal color think he's adjusting to more lighting lfs had him under pcs.
