BTA is this normal?

When I got my bubble tip anemone I expected it to stay close the the rocks but mine does the complete opposite. It almost looks like it wants to be a toad stool and I'm wondering if this is normal behaviour for an anemone and if any of you have had an experience like this before. I have a kessil a350w on about 75% and the anemone has been like this from the day I put it in although it wasn't like this in the shop.

its trying to get closer to the light. either you dont have enough or it cant find a way (or doesn't have enough energy) to climb higher. these animals will always show you what they want, you just have to know what to look for
