BTA light

hi

i have a 54 gal tank 36x18x20 and was wondering if 2 55W PC and 2 30W T8 would be a good amount of light for a BTA or i need better lighting ??

Well thats only about 3watts per gallon. you really want about 4. you might be ok if you have good water quality, and if the nem is on a rock towards the top of the tank. thats just my two cents though. it might be ok for a bta.

Lighting is okay but could be better....Only a Bubble tip though. It will survive however the color won't be there, and good feedings of finely chopped food laced with Selecon will improve its health. I also pm'd you a link.
