BTA: Need help fast!

Ok, 20 min. ago, tank was fine, everything fine. First light went out for the night and now the actinic is the only bulb on. Come back downstairs and the whole tank is cloudy. Go for a closer look to try to see what's causing it and my BTA that I've had for almost a year is spewing clouds of stuff out. I don't know what it is. I thought a snail was spawning. I've never seen one do this before. The mouth is not open but it's raised up further than I've ever seen it. What is it doing? I've seen them expel zooxanthellae and it doesn't look like that. I used some of my first RO/DI water that I've made at home for top off for the first time this afternoon with no ill affects. It was 0 TDS. Anybody ever seen this? Should I get it out of the tank?

Although, if this behavior continues often, chances are that your anemone has an internal infecting and it is trying to flush bacteria and dead tissue out of the system.

Hmmm. That sounds like a good explanation. If it's spawning, what do you think could have triggered it? Most of my corals still had their polyps out and it didn't seem to be bothering anything. Protein skimmer got a little screwed up though.

If it is spawning, you have great water parms. and its real happy. That also means its a male. Can I see a picture of it. Of what it looks like right now. This second. I want to see what condition its in.

Sorry, the lights are out now and it seems to have stopped. I just did a 7 gallon water change yesterday. I can try to describe it. The stem of it (if you can call it that) was stretched upward, the tentacles were mostly deflated but was still wide open and the mouth was sticking up I'd say half an inch but still closed. Every few seconds, a dark white cloud would puff out of it like smoke. Then sometimes a little white clump. Here's a pic of it from about 2 hours ago. You can barely see the maroon clown on the right side of it. Probably doesn't help but this is what it looks like.
