BTA Question

I just got the BTA in my tank yesterday and it seemed to found a spot it likes. It hasn't moved in about 18 hours.

I noticed throughout the day today it inflates and deflates every so often. It stays inflated most of the time but will deflate for about 30 seconds or so and inflate back up again.

Is this normal for a new BTA acclimating to the tank?

My tank has been set up for about 5 months.
Amonia: 0
SG: 1.022
Nitrate: 0
Nitrite: 0
Alkalinity: 300
pH: 7.8

I like it, very pretty. It is very normal for them to inflate/deflate, part of acclimation process. They are exchanging internal water. It looks very good to me : )

You will want to raise you SG to 1.025, do it slowly and your PH is a little low. Mine was low too until I started using B-Ionic 2 part calcium buffer.
