BTA Splitting

My BTA is splitting, I'll upload some pictures when it's done. I cant use the search button and this is my first split so I was wondering if there was anything I needed to do. The anenome it's self was quite small, about 4 inches. now each half looks like it will be around 2 inches when inflated.

I normaly make up the water the day before I do a water change so I didn't have any water ready. I made a batch up an hour ago, how long will it take untill I can add it? The anenome is almost split now, just one little string keeping them together.

Doing a water change at this point is not critical. don't be so eager. Give the anemone a couple of days before changing anything. You want to give your anemones the least amount of stress possibe.

Yes if its at that. I assumed it was at zero. Make sure you have no dramatic salnity changes or pH changes. Make sure all parms stay the same except ammonia which you want to be zero, nitrates which you want to lower and DO (dissolved oxygen) which you want to raise.

Ok I did the water change before I turned off the lights, everything is good but ammonia is still a little high, I would say around .15 now... I'm thinking I'll just do another water change in 2 days, and add some prime to the tank tommorrow morning. I added some prime to the water I added today, as well as the normal water conditioners... any thoughts? pretty cool thing to see. I hope my clown doesn't hurt them now that they are both only 2 inches each...

A month, it has never moved from where we put it, and went from 2 iches to 4 inches in a month, then split now both halfs are 2 inches and they look healthy and they haven't moved much. tentacles are fully expanded and long like you see in the pic, if you saw them today you would have never know they split yesterday.
