Ive got a fairly large green bubble tip that keeps receding to the back side of a large rock I have it on. If I keep rotating the rock so that it places the anemone out for display, will it finally give up and stay put?
BTA's gonna move until it finds it's happy place You can try to put it where you'd like it to go but it'll go to where it's happy the amount of flow, light and food it's getting... For the longest time mine was on the back of my rock work in the left corner. hth
It is a really bad idea to keep moving it's rock. How long have you had this anemone? I have to admit I have done the same thing only to have it move right bace it origonal position. By continually moving the rock you are stressing it.
My GBTA is nowhere to be seen for weeks, and then all of a sudden it'll show up for a squid feeding then then disappear for weeks again. Little guy ****es me off lol
I've had him one week. My biggest concern is feeding him if he's down behind the rocks. The post above me leads me to believe that he'll come out before he starves?? Thanks ahead of time guys.
when they are new to a tank they will hide for a while. give them time. they will come out to the light when they need it. RBT have a mind of their own. You can't place them. they go where they want.
