My BTA moved for about the third time in the week that I have had him. he looked healthy and eats but I guess he is trying to find a spot that he likes. I woke up this morning and he was stuck in the thin grates of the Tunze. This is different than the traditional powerheads where there is one inlet with a lot of suction. Since the suction is spread out more ( I think), the suction is not as great in any one spot. Also he cannot hot the propeller. I turned off the Tunze and he came out easily. There was a small part of him in the there. It looks like he lost one tentacle. Since he was on a small rock I was able to move him and the rock. Since that time he has now moved off the rock. He look good (I think) from the ordeal but I guess maybe there was some trauma. Should he be OK? How do these things usually play out?
Thanks,
Ken
