I'm not attaching any of my images here because it would require me to make them smaller and detail needs to stand out I don't know if that's against the rules or not. Also sorry about the massive images. I take pictures in full 16mp so I can get the best pictures of it.
I bought my anemone from my LFS who is a pretty inexperienced saltwater guy. I acclimated for 30 minutes then. dropped him on my liverock. He slowly made his way down and got under a rock that my decorator lives under so I moved him over to a more central spot near the powerhead's current I have attached images to how he's looked the past few days..
He's very responsive to touch as shown here (the hermit bumped into him when he was
how he had looked just before that
I have heard the phrase with anemones "when in doubt take it out" my backup tank is in no shape for an anemone and his inflations look very well when he inflates but he looks horrible when he's not inflated.
Note: when he's wide open brown stringy stuff comes out.
feel free to ask any questions about my tank/parameters
