Bubble anemone care

What keeps these bad boys happy? ive had three all of which died randomly. i cant control where they go which is the issue. How can i keep an anemone happy which moves itself? the only thing i can control is my levels, which i try my best to do.

What kind of lighting and flow do you have? Also what size tank and how long has it been up?

Ive tried them in two tanks. Each having been up for over a year. Lighting on the 60g cube is t5 lighting on the 34cube is metal hailide. I fed mysis shrimp. My flow on the 60 is lacking because one pump failed and on the 34 i have a mp10 along with the built in pump. the 34 is a solana

The common saying is if they are moving they are not happy. I have had multiple BTA's stay put in my 203g tank for 4 months so far. I keep mine happy by leavin them alone. They are under 750w of MH, I keep my SG at 1.026 and my temp at 80.

And acclimating..... whatever, I have temp acclimated 4 nems, with no drip, just add them to the tank afterwards. The problem with nems is they are very sensitive to ammonia spikes, as soon as you open the bag the ammonia will spike because of the added outside air. Ammonia levels will kill your nems. I have found a fast introduction to the tank is much better than them sitting in their own ammonia for an hour during a drip.

If you order online I would not drip them, I tried to drip my first BTA from LA and it died that day, the second one I got from them looked bad So I temp acclimated and put it right in the tank, the next morning it was doing fine and is still in my tank.

So if i buy one from my lfs how should i acclimate it?

The rbtas I had would get right under the 250 mh's and like a little flow going across them.They stayed there for over a year before tearing the tank down.
