i dont know why im having so much trouble with my anemone, i have good lights, good skimmer, it keeps moving and shriveling up, what do i do?

i have 2 150 m.h. lights 2 true actinics, remora hong on skimmer, 70# live rock, live sand, a canister filter to just pull out big food( just foam in it, cleaned once a week). All the water test's look good, started adding calcium and stronium just a few weeks ago, everything else in the tank looks extra happy, even the majano's.

what are your levels for:

ammonia
nitrite
nitrate
magnesium
alkalinity
calcium
strontium
temperature
pH

If you're running a canister w/ foam, that could bump nitrates, and test that(as well as others mentioned)
It may be acclimating to that strong light.
How long has tank been running?

all water tests are good, canister is cleaned every 4 or 5 days. the tank has been running for a year long enough for a mandarin to be fat and happy. the anemone swells and shrinks just about every day and lets go of the rock and reattaches each time.

what exactly are your parameters. Specifically ammonia, nitrate, alkalinity, strontium (if you don't have a test kit, you shouldn't be dosing), temperature, and pH. What brand test kits were they checked with?

Anemones are sensitive to changes in water chemistry. Was the anemone doing it before you were dosing for calcium and strontium?
