Which way will the skimmer pull out more nutrients.
I have it hooked up with a external feed pump.
Cannot hook it up to a drain.
A better with more flow around 600 gph
W with slower flow around 200 gph

I would run 1 to 1.5 times tank turn over at most. So if the tank has 100 gallons 150 gph max flow to the skimmer. The more flow you push thru it the less the reaction time.
