I have a Bubble King Mini 200 coming next week to replace my ASM G3. I hear they are supposed to be good. We'll see what happens, or if I'm just plain crazy for getting one. I'll keep you all posted, and maybe show it off sometime. Have a great Christmas!

Is this what you are getting? SWEET!! That is killer

I was looking at those when I set up my new system. I ended up with a DIY, with a sedra 9000 needlewheel. I am curious to hear your review of it Dave. Keep us posted.

I'd put my fine-tuned "CPR Dual Bak Pak 2+" up against that POS any day. :bum: It pulls out gunk - so I say it's better than nothing.
Obviously, that was some sarcasm...
I'm sure that thing will rock the socks off of your tank. I've just never understood why DIY reef equipment cannot be fabricated that performs at or above the level of what is available to the hobby through manufacturers. Looks like a cross between a bong and a bicycle pump...

Saltwater bong water with chance of getting skimmate inhaled or in my mouth - count me out - even if it's the stickiest of the ickiest... :smokin:

OMG ROFLMAO

Well, I got this sucker squeezed into my sump, just barely. It looks like it's going to work awesome, once it breaks in. Right now I have a crazy wet foam that stinks to high heaven after about 3 hrs or skimming. I also got my Tunze auto top off hooked up. That was more difficult than the skimmer for sure. I'll keep everyone posted and try to take some pics.

Excellent!

It is always satisfying when you do something different (especially something expensive!) and see a real improvement.
