Bubble Magus Calcium reactor problems

I have the bubble magus cr100wp and it has been running for a few hours and it seems that the recirculation co2 line has lots of bubbles running through that causes a lot of noise when they enter the pump.

Surely this can't be correct?

What am I doing wrong here?
