Bubble Tip and Sebae not doing well

Hi All
I've had a BTA for about 4 months now and has been doing fine but my Perculas wouldn't host it so I picked up a Sebae clown which took right to the BTA. Now the Sebae is breathing heavy and on the bottom with the BTA closed up. All of the other fish and corals in the tank are doing fine and the parameters are as follows.

Ca = 470
Mg = 1450
PH = 8.03
Salinity = 1.024
Po4 = undetectable
PH = 8.04
NO3 = undectectable
NO2 = 0
NH3/4 = 0
Alk = 8 dkh

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Sounds like the Perculas might have stressed the new fish out.Did they seem to bother him at all?Did they nip/pick at him?

How big is the tank?

The Percula didn't bother him at all, they each take a side of the tank and come feeding time get along fine. The tank is a 60" x 18" x 26" 120 gal.

I didn't notice any stress, he protected and fed the BTA then this morning I noticed him in the corner breathing heavily and then he disappeared and haven't seen him since this morning. And the nem is all closed up as well, I'm lost with this one.

Humm keep an eye out for him and let me know what he does.Im kinda stupmed to but theres an answer Ill just have to find it!
