Unfortunately, no. You can use a small powerhead to convince it to move along if it tries to settle in a place you don't like (ie - on top of your favorite coral colony!), but it's going to keep roaming around until it finds a spot it likes.
my bubble tip is right in the middle of alot of my coral and i have no prob with it bothering any of them! really do think you have much to worry about!!

place it in a location that has strong light and low flow. mine is at the middle bottom, part sandbed beside some rocks. it is besides some sps, a lobo, a ricordea, etc. and does not seem they bother each other. also hosting a tomato.
