bubble tip question

hi

is this bubble tip okay?
it was under compact lighting for a week or so. according to its owner it looks the same as it did in the pet store.
its been moved to a tank with t5 lighting.

It looks like it is ok to me. I have one very similar and they look the same.

It looks very bleached in that photo. If it is pale, feed it daily a small amount of finely minced food, but don't harass it to eat. Formula 2, table shrimp, cyclopeeze, etc.

so it must have been bleached when bought if it hasnt changed any.
is that due to the power compacts (4x65watt)?

The vast majority of green bubble tips arrive like that after shipping. Like NicoleC said, feed it, but only what it wants to eat - don't over do it.
Usually the first sign of stress on an anemone is movement. If it's staying in one spot, it's probably happy and becoming acclimated to the tank.

Mine was the same color for about a week then turned back to its green shade. I have had it for about 6 mnths and it has always seemed happy. Jason
