bubblers and oxygenation

I run a 90 gallon tank with a 304 and a 404 fluval. Both aimed kinda at the surface to reduce flow and increase surface ripples. Since there is no overflow or splash of any kind, I'm a little worried that the water may not be getting enough agitation and therefore not enough oxygen. My Seahorses are all female, so how do you all feel about putting some type of bubbler (bubble wall?) into the tank.
Do you all test for oxygen levels? how?
Thanks

If the returns are aggitating the surface of the water than your probably cool.

If you want to add a bubbler cool. There fine.

Still waiting for your post in the mixing syngnathid thread on the other site. Not to nag :D
