It fell off it's perch so I took it out to superglue it back on... Looked normal, then this?

The only other change is in lighting, my 400W LED is off due to an electrical issue so I upped my MH ballasts from 250W x 3 to 400W x 3. The overall change is small over my 8' tank (1150W to 1200W).
 
Looks like Pocillapora about to spew planula larvae. They are free swimming and can end up anywhere in your tank. It's probably reacting to stress from being disturbed and is now attempting to reproduce.
