I have a 225gal reef with white sand. no the million dollar question is ... Why are there so so many bubbles in the sand....

everything else is good...
i run a 55 sump/fuge...ASM g3, PM CA422 ...i get plenty of flow in the tank...not really any dead spots..i use a GenX mak4 as a return pump,,also i have 2 seio 820s and 2 seio 1100s...so no dead spots,,,but i still seem to have lots of bubbles...should i stir up the sand or just let it bee.....???
