bubbling tank

my tank has been releasing tiny bubbles. and I have noticed an outbreak of algae my para

ph 8.4

i can see the tiny bubbles hanging on the rocks some are connected to cyano but most are not
what is it and how do i get rid of it

on a separate note what are your opinion in seachem Seagel

Sounds like oxygen,

to remove it close your windows and doors and breethe faster

turning up waterflow and algae removal will remove the bubbles

High nutrients. Just need to take care of the excess Nutrients. That will get ride of the algae and the little bubbles. Also want to increase your flow.
