bugged out eye

my rainbow louti grouper seems to be having some issues with his right eye, it's pretty bugged out, i'm thinking he may have gotten a sting from the fuzzy dwarf lion or longspine urchin? help a newbie out

If you have a picture of it, that will help. But it could be pop eye. Its where the fishes eye looks extremely swollen.
