building a 500 gallon plywood tank

picture.php

thats the bottom piece of the tank full sheet of 3/4 plwood 4feet by 8 feet ,,,draw out for the sides and front pieces of plywood and make for the pre drill which is spaced every 2 inches and i used 2 inch screws, everthing is screwed and glued , alot of time spent drilling and screwing tank togeather , good times

thats the tank getting ready for the last side to be drilled and put togeather , as you can see the bottom part of the tank is 1 and half inch wider then the tank , the top is the same , i did that for a reason after the tank was built i needed that space for more braceing up

tank is built and now doing the top , and since this is a project, i guess ill show my error i did ( was my bad ) , anyway the top has to be marked out 1 and half inch smaller for the tank and i measure wrong , mark the whole top part out and mark for my pre drill holes , mark out the whole top which is 8 feet long 4 feet wide , took me good 2 hours then befor i drilled , i double check my measurment and found i measure wrong,,, off 3/4 inch , had to drawl it all out again , so mad o well least found befor drill and cut , yep good times lol , it is what it is , the next pic show my bad ops lol

now the next step of building of the tank , the extra braces around the tank is only screw , NOT GLUED , cause i wanted to test the tank and the stand , im going to make sure the stand and tank can hold the pressure and weight befor i buy anything else ,
