Will be posting updated fish list. Thinking of getting one more show size specimen (but purchased small).

Regal angel? May nip at corals, bad reputation of survivability
Clown tang? Bad rep of becoming very aggressive
Naso tang? Probably my safest choice
Sohol tang? Bad rep of aggression, not too different in coloration of my sailfin tang.

Please, any input is appreciated.

I would vote for a nice Regal angel from DD, I have one going on 4 years. He eats everything I feed, and leaves my sps alone ( I have no softy's or LPS with him ) The tangs you list could be a problem with your powder blue tang.

If you get a regal make sure you get the yellow throat one as they have a better survival rate than the blue throat ones. And if not then I would go with a blonde naso.

I bought a dead frag plug at my lfs for 50 cents when i started tank. It was sold to initiate coralline algae. Well the frag was not completely dead and have awesome monti growing well. I believe it is montipora setosa.

I believe the tiny blue polyps may be baby sympodium but not sure.
Can u id? I do have sympodium in the tank but not next to this but it may have been at one point. My sypodium grows like a gsp so i really not sure what this is.

Yes its a sympodium of some sort. but you got a lucky pickup on that setosa.

Placed my last live aquaria order in DT last night, were in quarantine for over one month, except for the whip fin fairy that was only in Q for 3 weeks. Everyone looks good and eating well. Had the most trouble with the male red head that didnt eat for 2 weeks. He just perched in a crevice of the live rock and didnt move. He improved after i removed the rock and provided pvc. Here is my updated fish list(35 total). My aipstastia eating filefish recently disappeared. Not sick, ate very well and very social. He may have fell victim to the carpet nem.
