Building Tank On-Site???

One good thing to come from the complete and total crash I just experienced in moving is that I can take a sabbatical for a year and plan the "monster" system I have long dreamt of. In that regard, I have a space in the finished basement that would accommodate a tank that is nine feet long by three and a half feet wide. (Two feet high would get me 471 gallons; twenty inches high (preferred) would get me 392.) Since there is no walkout from the basement, it would need to come down the stairs, and that ain't gonna happen with the mid-flight landing and turn in the stairs. Hence, I was thinking that I could assemble on-site and in location. Are there companies that sell the glass panels and allow the aquarist to do the construction?

Thanks

My tank was built on the spot. Not by me, but by experienced aquarium builders. I just asked them and they did it no extra charge. - Might be the safer option..
