These GSP's didn't really grow in my 29 but they just took off in this tank:

Something hit this rock and decimated it. They are starting to grow back.

I don't like this stuff since it grows so fast. I haven't had any xenia in the tank for 2 1/2 months and these just showed up a few weeks ago.

Look at the top of this coral, the burgundy is lighter in color. Is that growth or is he not happy? He still extends his feelers at night...

Wow... lots of great pics. Love the Orange and yellow Zoos! Your tank looks great. How long does it take for the Zoos to spread (approximately)?

The 18" width will just barely fit. I really want an even bigger sump but that is the max that space will allow.

Depends on the zoo's I have some that grow 8 - 10 polyps a week. I have some that grow 2 polyps a month.

I've had the orange/yellow ones since November and they started as 4. They are now 9 polyps. It took me several weeks to get them where they were happy. These are low light ones so I have them in the shadows.

i get my best full tank shots by lowering the exposure a step or two, and by using a tri-pod.

I think it is starting to sting them. You can see on the top that those zoos are closed a little.

could be a green plate coral. In fact, I think that is what it is.

I thought plates liked the sandbed...
