Depends on what you are looking for. If you want dawn to dusk lights get the True Actinic. If you want more light and PAR go for the Blue Bulb (Blue Plus).

I love the look of the Blue Plus light. I went from 3 10K and 3 Actinic to 5 Blue Plus and one SunPro. The colors really popped with this combination.

I'm not a huge fan of the T5 UVL actinics (washed out purple unless you OD on IC ballast, then they do look better). I would vote for a blue+. IMO these add a fair amount of usable light and will help accent the corals better than the T5 actinics will on a regular T5 ballast.
