Doug is right on.. The iwasaki is tough to beat when it comes to PAR, but as Benjie stated, ballasts and reflectors play a big role. Check out the link that Benjie provided.

will check the site out. but for the mean time i have acoralife aqualite pro 150x2 with 2x96 pc and 4 moonglow...any sugestions? i want to get the best par i can get but also wants my corals to grow steady...
