I ordered a RedSea test kit from BRS and when it came in one of the dropper bottles had leaked a purple dye like liquid in the kit box ruining the cards/instuc manual. I email BRS and attached some pictures and in less that 24 hr they shipped a replacement! I'm happy to have a company as awesome as them with top notch customer service. I'm not affiliated in any way I'm just a fan.
