Bumble Bee snails for pest control (Vermetid Snails)

My adult red coris munches on them, but then again they can wreck any other inverts as well. Oddly, it doesnt mess with my cuc (yet)

I'm interested too,
My melanurus is not picking at them anymore...but pods in general,
I can not find bumble bee snails here
I live In Canada, but please keep us posted
My corals are attached to the rocks and to destroy the snails, I have to disrupt the environment

Bump...

I'm watching them slowly take over my tank. Was going to try yellow wrasse, but now not sure. My setup is new enough, I might use the torch method described and burn the bastards, was thinking of changing my aqua scape anyway... Question though, are these bastards toxic? Also, I've read somewhere that these outbreaks don't last, and they naturally die-off and subside with time. Is this true? Anyone seen them simply starve themselves out? Seems unlikely but who am I to speculate, I don't have a clue...

Sorry buddy,
I have tried everything, yellow coris, leopard, melanurus. ... but not luck
My tank is full of these pestes
I pull whatever I can

Yeah... I'm trying to psych myself up to pull all of my live rock and "fix" this problem with a small torch. I'm thinking I'll set up a salt water "dunk" tank to rinse off any juices/carcass remnants that will come off. I'll keep the little stock I have in a 20 long I have laying around...

So after all that, what's the best way to keep them under control when they start their comeback? Do you use pliers to pull them, or what have people found to be effective?

On another note, is there anything that's notorious for eating feather dusters?

I had a number in my 46 gallon. I would pick any of them off the rocks when I saw them. They never got out of hand though for me.

Yeah that is a good practice,
But I don't want spend the time
Pulling them out instead to enjoy the tank
If I find anything that could kill them I will use it....
I have poked my hands a few times and it is painful the shell of thus sucker is sharp
