J/k Every time someone posts in the thread the thread goes to the top of the most recent threads which can make it easy for others to be aware of it and prevent it from getting lost in limbo.
If after some time (say a couple of hours) a post has not got a response you post yourself to "bump" it up.

or if its just some really good thread that you find on like the last page about to get deleted, you give it a

^bump^

so others can enjoy the glory of the post even know you dont really have anything intelegent or witty to post

Yes, i was being intentionally vague on that one. I HATE is when people do that "tagging along" crapola. I know they just do it so they can search their own posts instead of getting spammed TO DEATH by the auto email alert on every stinking subscription you have, but it's still anoying.

Hmm, perhaps it's time to start a push to an option to shut off that dang auto email option on subscriptions.
