bumps on flame angel

guys is 4m days old in 10 gal QT.
Prams: salinity 1.023; PH 8.0; Nitrates 2.0; Ammonia 0
fish has bumps on body on 4 day, eats well, swims well, no scratching, breathing normal. See attached link.

I can't tell for sure what I'm looking at in the videos. I think I may see ich, but I can't be sure.

Can you describe the bumps? Size, color, number of them?

they are large without white spots, more like lumps. I never saw this before. Mostly on its upper body.

no that's why I posted video, he swims or hides, every time I take a shot he moves. I'll try shooting again tonight.
