Bumps on Yellow Clown Goby

I thought it was Ich at firts but they have developed into some pretty large bumps and they are yellow. Some look like flakes of skin and it is covering his whole body. I moved him into a seperate 10g tank so that I could treat him but I cant really find anything online. Camera really isnt good enough to get a good pic of the little guy.

I had couple clown gobies that showed the same signs and it just went away, mine like to perch on my acroporas maybe it's a reaction or something. I don't think is ick either since I put my all my new arrivals through hypo 4 weeks just in case. Well I had to take them back to LFS becase they love acros and keept the polyps closed

do flukes come and go? I have not seen any on my other fish. I guess it's possible.
