Butterfly with fungus (pics included)

It seems to be getting worse...Although the ich has gone away, this mouth growth seems to just be growing. It has been in a hypo salinity hospital tank (1.010-1.011) for about 4 days now. Here are some pictures of it, tell me what you think and suggest:

Fungas is extremely rare in Saltwater...most likely bacterial. The pictures are very blurry, its very hard to see what your talking about..But it looks like a lot of discoloration on the face.

Hyposalinity should be at 1.009 to be effective..Please watch your PH, add a buffer when neccesary. Before you lower it any further, treat the fish with an antibiotic. I use Furan-2 a lot. A double dose of Maracyn-two would be fine and is easier to find. Do daily water changes, keep the water pristine as Butterflys can be sensitive fish. Add vitamens such as Vita-chem and supplements such as Selcon. Feed a variety of good foods..

Can you post a more clear picture? I want to make sure the discoloration around the face isn't MLLE
