its made of wood, and painted white. air can escape from the back

how big of a pump do you have since its a remote sump?

is it me or did you bild the stand smaller than the tank? i seen about half an inch on both sides. that looks really scary if you think about the shearing factor that 120 gallons of water is gonna have on the last half inch of glass. hopefully i am seeing wrong

the stand is 18mm smaller than the tank but the white surround is 18mm thick so the tank sits flush on the stand with no overhang..
