By 3pm?

I'm just a little concerned by the 3pm delivery time on your shipments. Doesn't this expose the more delicate species to undue stress. And yes I do realize they are packaged for 72hrs, it just seems to me that I pay you extra for quarantine and it would suck to negate that by a later delivery time/and the stress it implies. By 1030 service is ideal IMO.

Please don't get me wrong; I love your service and selection I guess I'm just worried about today's shipment.

shipments are made default by standard overnight. there is an option where you can choose priority overnight, which i believe gets to you in the morning by 1030.

Thank you for your question about shipping. Your fellow poster, ezcompany is correct.
FedEx has a priority overnight service in most areas for delivery by 10:30 am or noon. You can add this service to your order for an additional $10.00.

I have mine sent to the nearest FedEx location address, marked HOLD FOR PICKUP. Doesn't cost extra and they open at 9am.

It would be nice if standard overnight wasn't even a first option. While your customers are ordering, so there would be no confusion, could you guys explain what a priority shipping and a standard shipping is under the shipping cost? To let people know what time their livestock that is sent to them will arrive. So people wouldn't make the mistake thinking its the same thing. I have done this also without realising there is a difference till I thought it was too late. I didn't know that you can change the shipping time and cost before it is delivered to you.

To accomplish this, we will establish the correct Federal Express location and document the order be held for customer pick up. You may also provide us with the address of your local FedEx hub and we would be happy to use this as your shipping address.

All of our packages are shipped FedEx Standard over night. This service has a guaranteed delivery time of 8 p.m. Priority overnight, which is normally guaranteed by either 10:30 a.m. or noon and is available for an additional $10.00, providing your location offers Priority service.

We ship a large volume of orders with the two shipping options and have found them to be very successful. Actual delivery times for these orders will be dependent on the Fed Ex driverââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s route for the day.
