So does this club have by-laws yet and if so could you post them on here not being a jerk or anything just thought about starting a club over here in Southern Illinois

I haven't seen anything posted about them yet...and I would think that the membership would have to vote on accepting them before they'd be in stone anyway, and I know that hasn't happened yet.

The by-laws will be available at the Town Hall meeting next week. We invite you to attend if you are interested in becoming a member otherwise our by-laws will be published on our web page as soon as it comes online.

One of the steps in becoming a non-profit corporation is to appoint officers and adopt by-laws. We have already adopted a minimal set of by-laws. This is required by law and the adopted by-laws will be changeable by the membership. The reason for the minimal set of by-laws is just to satisfy the legal requirements. Other by-laws will be added throughout our first year and will be determined by the voting membership.
